At our school
We have a volunteer position available at Miguel de Cervantes Spanish school for anyone interested in marketing and advertising who already has an intermediate level of Spanish. Duties would include general marketing and advertising tasks such as maintaining social media sites, creating marketing documents, spreadsheets and publicity posters etc. The volunteer would also need to be available to lead different activities on a Saturday/Weekend, for example trips to the beach and Lake Atitlan (the school will cover the volunteers transport and accommodation costs). In exchange for this, we offer the volunteer free accommodation at our school, which includes wifi, free drinking water, tea and coffee.
Local Volunteer Programs
We work with various local volunteer organisations and anyone coming to Xela to participate in any of the following programs will have a discounted price of Q750 per month to stay at our school’s accommodation. So, come and study Spanish at our school and volunteer some of your time to one of these worthy causes:
